Barbie in the deli department was wonderful! Courteous, friendly, attention to detail and such great energy! I will definitely be back! Publix is very lucky to have an employee such as her. It’s a challenge coming across such great customer service like that these days.
Daniel and Hayden are two young men that defined EXCELLENCE in customer service! My check out was a breeze and they were very engaged with me the entire time check out process. I’d consider giving them a little bit more money. It’s people like that who make me want to come back and tell others to spend their money at Publix. Great JOB! Daniel and Hayden!
The store is clean and every time I go it’s fully stocked.
Employees seem happier compare to other grocery stores, because they are actually polite and greet you when you walk in.
Self checkout is available and there’s a person helping the cashier packing the groceries to make everything faster and easier for everyone.
I ordered a cake from the bakery and it was pretty delicious and the decoration was very cute. Their cakes are actually worth it.
Plenty of parking space available.
I got a cake for a baby shower a couple of months ago and it was great but my 2nd one was horrible
The totally didn’t read the directions from the person that wrote the order and they blamed it on being busy .
No excuses my baby shower is just as important as someone’s graduation..thank goodness the Food lion baker corrected a mess.
The one star is just for an observation today, products and most customer service is great. During self-chekout, noticed only one of the security cameras was recording. The station that has a live camera was on a minority customer only, the others were non minority and cameras were not on during their transactions. Shrinkage is real and non discriminate, so please be fair and have all stations monitored. Thanks
