Did not receive what we ordered because they typed the ticket wrong. When we told them what we were missing they said nothing and still only put in the bag what was on the ticket instead of what we actually ordered. We would’ve been fine paying the difference of what was missing but weren’t even given that option. Won’t be coming back.
I’m a regular customer here, primarily for the bagels with cream cheese. However, during my latest visit, I noticed a significant decrease in the amount of cheese on the bagels. This was quite disappointing compared to my previous experiences.
Worst experience. First, the team members (at least on this specific visit) are above rude. I asked for an iced matcha latte & what was given to me was a brown-green drink which tasted like espresso. I tried to tell the employee & instead of listening, she argued with me about how matcha is espresso (clearly, it’s not. It is green tea & shouldn’t be brown), she tried to make me look dumb & instead just showed her lack of knowledge for the drinks she serves. She then proceeded to completely ignore me & service the next customer in line.
Good donuts and good service. I’m glad we didn’t have to buy 1 donut each. It came in a box and was cheaper than I thought
I have gone to this location multiple times and the staff was never really nice but I never had them be so outright rude the way they were to me this last time. I ordered an iced matcha online and it was some half blended concoction that had bubbles? When I asked the worker about it she proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that’s how they are supposed to make it and then flat out ignored me after. I took one sip and threw it away it tasted awful. I know their manager is a prick so I wasn’t even going to stay and try to get a refund. Staff is incompetent and argumentative absolutely the last time I go there.
