First of all, I love how friendly and helpful people are at this location. Every time I go someone is ready to help me if needed. Secondly, the saving options are fantastic. Either the Bogo or other offers, they are great to lighten up the cost of your groceries. I’ve been saving an average of $25 each time. Great place to shop!
If I could leave a negative star I would. The sub part of the deli was ridiculous. One employee was clearly under the influence of something. The line was backed up and he still continued to go as slow as humanly possible. This lady came out of the bakery section only to ask someone who hadn’t been waiting nearly as long as we had if he needed assistance. Then continued on her way like it wasn’t her issue. DO NOT GO TO THE SUB SECTION OF THE DELI!!!!!!!!!!! They do NOT care if they are busy; they will go at a pace that is convenient for them. ESPECIALLY AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU DO INSTACART!!!!!!!
Publix advertises that this is where “shopping is a pleasure” and I have to agree. All of their staff are so friendly. Produce is always fresh, meat and seafood is always packaged and displayed beautifully. Great selections. No, they are not the cheapest grocer in town, but they are always reliably good!
Moving here from a major city I was wondering what kind of service I would get. They have always gone above and beyond, always friendly, always helpful and treated me like a normal person. You see I have a disability and I’m also oxygen independent, no one stared or avoided helping me. Everyone had patience with questions or walked to it got it for me. Excellent service whether it’s the front desk or the bakery never had a problem with them. Best of all I came in the other day and they have a special cart for someone with special needs that are older or elderly parent that can’t walk. It’s an adult size cart for them to sit in. 🛒 A cart that can be pushed around. I don’t know how to leave a picture otherwise I would show you. Kudos Publix five fork for going the extra mile and thinking outside the box to help others! Excellent job and I hope you get recognized for all you do!
This is a great regional supermarket with a local flair. Great customer service. I always appreciate that there is someone to bag when you check out; just a small touch that is missing at some places.
