This is the BEST burger restaurant in Spartanburg. In fact, in the surrounding area too.
I’ve visited Burgers & Bakery numerous times and it’s always fantastic. The service you receive is wonderful. The food is amazing. Truly delicious. I’ve tried many different burgers here and each one has been incredible. And their desserts are simply awesome. Made fresh, from scratch, their desserts are a must-have.
If you’re in the area and you’re searching for a great restaurant, with excellent service, serving the BEST burgers in Spartanburg, you simply must go to Burgers & Bakery!
(note: you can’t see it from the road… because Burgers & Bakery is in an art deco cottage built in 1931, set back off the road. It’s such a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Be looking for the roadside sign. A Bonus: They have an awesome gourmet coffee shop in the basement that has a cool, prohibition-era speakeasy vibe!)

Amazing HOMEMADE burgers here!! Can beat the value either. The owners and staff here are super friendly and we should all support small, family owned businesses! We will definitely be back!
I’m glad I stopped by this little gem to try the burger. The customer service was great. They communicated the wait time and I enjoyed sitting outside with the beautiful weather and scenery. I ordered a chili cheese bacon cheeseburger and fries. The burger could have had more chili and the fries came with chili/cheese on top which I didn’t ask for. It was just warm temperature after waiting but still I enjoyed it. The sweet tea was definitely a good southern tea. I will be back to try other things on the menu.
This was my second time here. Took my daughter because I loved it so much the first time.
Burger was good, fries were greasy/oily. Around $45 for 3 people to eat.
Sat outside, no one checked on us until we were done. Wait staff did not come out at all.
But the set up is nice. Limited parking.
