I just wish my orders were correct. When they make stuff right, it’s great. But normally it’s wrong. Two sandwiches today were missing the bacon. Yesterday when I tried to get the same sandwiches, they didn’t have avocado. It’s very hit or miss. I literally go here every day.
Visited 6/21/22 around 5am. No donuts. Ordered a grilled cheese and an iced chai latte. I got a cold cheese sandwich and a large milk with spice in it. That’s 10 bucks wasted. I’ve come here maybe three times in the last 2 years and it’s been the same.
Went to this location for the 1st time on 3/11/24 got a carmel craze signature latte and another drink. Got half way home before I tried the drink and it tasted like fish and something sour. It was disgusting. Got home and my son tried his and he asked me why does my drink taste like fish. Had to dump them both out. So disappointing, will never go back to this location again.
Had been to this location a few times and service was so/so. Slow, unorganized. But last week I changed my mind! Payton and Jasmine (?) were both SO quick, helpful and kind. My day could have gone wrong right then and there but they saved me and saved my day! Thank you, ladies, for your kindness and help fixing what was MY OWN error via mobile ordering. Thank you thank you!
We love their cold and frozen brews. Coffee and donuts are great. Other foods I’ve tried are good also but a little overpriced.
