Today’s visit to Dunkin was a complete disappointment. As a loyal customer, I always look forward to my NO ICE Carmel & Toasted white chocolate Machiato with 2 extra shots added, along with 2 donuts and a pup cup. However, my experience today left a sour taste in my mouth.
As I pulled up to the window, I overheard the employees and the manager on duty making fun of my order. They were saying it made no sense to not have ice and even laughed when I mentioned that I don’t like my drink watered down. I was shocked and taken aback by their unprofessional behavior. It was as if I wasn’t even standing right there in front of them.
I called the manager after leaving and unfortunately, she didn’t answer. I had to leave a message expressing my disappointment and also made sure to let her know that I will be contacting corporate to address this issue. It was unacceptable and completely disrespectful. I will not be returning to that location and will make sure to spread the word to everyone I know.
It’s disheartening to see such behavior from a company that prides itself on customer service. I hope this is not a representation of Dunkin as a whole.
Used their app and ordered for early pick up. Arrived at specified time and the food was ready and perfect.
Very disrespectful group of employees working 3/14/2024 at 7:15pm. Female ignored me right to my face and walked away without a single word, even after saying excuse me loud enough for her to hear. Very very lazy!!
I’ve gone to this Dunkin a couple of times when I’m on that side of town and they’ve never once gotten my drink right. Every single time, no matter how many times I ask for mocha in my coffee, they ALWAYS give me a plain coffee. I usually go back in and have them put it in, but today I hit the drive through and didn’t realise they messed up until I was already home.
I stop by this Dunkin at least once a week, and I have NEVER had a bad experience! They are always so welcoming and coordinating, and even though I order the same “older” drink that’s no longer advertised, they give it to me right every time with a smile. This team deserves some serious recognition!
