Hannah was the lucky individual who got to serve me. Lindsey was her go to person.
I went in to get a banana split. While waiting to order, I started thinking of the possibilities especially after seeing the “unlimited combinations” sign over the ice cream selection.
When I asked questions Hannah didn’t have answers for Lindsey did.
It impressed me how Lindsey helped Hannah to serve me while taking care of customers of her own, and neither of them missed in beat in taking care of the customers.
The service was wonderful.
The banana split was delightful. Before putting a topping on the delicious dessert, Hannah made it a point to ask if I wanted it. I thought that was great because I’m such a picky eater.
I left with my banana split a satisfied customer.
I only took one pic and it was of the empty dish it was served in.
Omg the strawberry crunkle was very flavorful. The pecan cookie was my second choice then the oatmeal, peanut butter, and white chocolate macadamia. The disappointment was the snickerdoodle it was not very good. It didnt really have flavor.
All of the cookies were very very soft which is why I couldn’t get a picture of the pecan cookie. It broke to pieces
The Chewy Pecan Supreme cookies are amazing! The Strawberry Crinkle & Peanut Butter cookies are also excellent! We’ve been coming here for a long time, and have always loved their cookies but only if they’re fresh — soft & chewy — because they would otherwise crumble and fall apart if not fresh. That’s as bad as a stale cookie in my book.
Today, I actually walked out without ordering because there were two employees: one was helping a customer with multiple orders while the other one was decorating a cookie. I stood there for a few minutes waiting, hoping the second employee decorating the cookie cake would pause what she was doing to help me. It certainly looked like she easily could have done so. But no, she just ignored me. Bummer… because my favorite Chewy Pecan Supreme cookies were calling out to me. I’ll try again another time, I guess.
Went in for the first time today horrible customer service. I understand that the young man who waited on us probably didn’t want to be at work or thinks working there is beneath him. But put in a little effort not knowing the menu and acting indifferent isn’t a good look for you or the company you work for. Definitely will not be returning.
I’ve been coming to this location for many many years and have never been so disrespected as I have been these last few weeks. I generally frequently stop by multiple times a week. The young black man is rude and doesn’t put in any effort to mix the ice cream and seems very unhappy with his employment. The young white girl that just served me was SO disrespectful she refused to put a top on my ice cream. When I insisted I needed a top she smacked the top on the counter and said “what else do you want” with an ugly look on her face. I can’t do it anymore. Until they are no longer employed at this location I won’t be returning! The owner needs to get a handle on what’s happening at this location. My visit today was at 2:53pm. 3/7/24. I’m SO disgusted.
