Publix has always been a very clean and well stocked grocery store that I love to visit. Their produce section is wonderful and has quite a few rare surprises that can’t be found elsewhere. Their deli staff is always super helpful and quick to get what you are requesting, for those who may be crunched for time. Their meats are top quality and requests are never frowned upon by their staff. Never had a bad experience here and will continue to use and suggest to others!
I tried ordering off the app for the deli but it would not give me the option to pick up today. This is understandable due to it being later in the day so I went in to purchase subs from the deli. There was several people back there but no one acknowledged me standing there. The lady who made my sandwich was nice but felt quite rushed through the whole process. I was ordering food for other people and asked if she could just use my phone to fill the orders but she refused to. I really tried to be patient and understanding but felt like I was an inconvenience for being there. I wasn’t trying to take up much time but I just feel like the staff needs to have more patience with people. Other than that the sand-which was okay and hopefully you catch them on better day. I personally won’t be back but the store is really clean and they have a nice selection of groceries.
I had to get some groceries so I stopped at Publix Super Market. The store is clean and well lit. I had a sandwich made at the deli. The man behind the counter was friendly. He quickly made my sandwich. The sandwich was very good. I easily found all of the other items I needed. Checkout was a breeze.
I love this store and most of the staff, but recently I have had to question the scheduling. No excuse for shortage of cashiers on Friday and Saturday. Should be all hands on deck. And don’t get me started about the deli. 🤬 …
people at deli dept. are the worst! ordered 3 subs online supposed to pick it at 06:05 pm, went there at around 06:30 food wasn’t ready yet! I said okay maybe they are just busy so I went ahead and pick up my wife downtown its about 50 minutes drive back and fourth. Called them at 07:44 if the order is finally ready and they said they are about to make it. It is unacceptable I have work in a restaurant as a cook/chef in a busy restaurant before I never let my customers wait for that long!
