UPDATE: We’ve been back here quite a few times. Food has always been great, and chicken salad on croissant with side of pasta salad is still my favorite. They also have lots of tasty desserts — cookies, cakes, dessert bars, etc. (selection changes daily).
I’m kicking myself for just now discovering this little gem in Summerville. EXCELLENT food, incredibly nice, fast, and helpful staff! Their Chicken Salad on croissant was amazing! The Asian Chicken Wrap and pasta salad were also very good. My kids loved the Grilled Cheese with Bacon on Texas Toast.
Small place with ample seating inside and outside.

Cute spot in downtown Summerville. One of the best Salmon BLT (minus the bacon). Pesto on the salmon was 10/10. Stop in if you’re in Summerville. Worth the street parking.
First time eating at this restaurant and the food were good. The soup of the day on Saturday was tomato basil soup and creamy mushroom soup. I ordered the mushroom soup which was so good with portabella chicken and goat cheese wrap.
We also ordered grilled cheese with bacon with 3 type of cheese (Brie,mozzarella, and Monterey Jack )and a slice of tomato which my picky eater said it tasted good. The grilled cheese came with a choice of pasta salad, chips, side salad or potato salad.
We were there for really late lunch and had to used the bathroom which brought us to the last person at their closing hour, 3pm. When we walked out the door, one of the employee yelled yay. Not sure why he yelled yay, maybe because we finally left which I think kinda rude. We didn’t purposely linger but need to use the bathroom before we left. But overall good food and service were fine until the last minute we walked out the door.
First time eating here and the Focaccia was AMAZING!! Usually I take photos before I eat but I couldn’t resist! The grilled veg was delicious.
The lady who took our order was super sweet and had a great vibe. We will definitely be back!

Did not disappoint! You can tell they prepare food with love. I had the BEST chicken salad croissant I have ever tasted. (And I have tasted many…tea room/fancy luncheon caliber) I am one of those fools on the fence about mushrooms. I took a risk and ordered the cream of mushroom soup. It stands beautifully among any fine she crab, french onion, or vichyssoise I have had in the past. What a delightful soup! Superb potato salad and a nice blackened chicken caesar wrap. I have never set foot inside so I can’t critique the atmosphere or service fairly, but that will change as there are many more goodies I would like to try.
This is the sort of hidden gem that makes you glad you have taste buds!
