This is my special coffee donut place. My usual are cocoa mocha iced signature latte and the caramel maze. The donuts, you already know they are the best. However, I had a cinnamon roll donut and it didn’t taste fresh or it was just not a good taste, so I would stay away from that one. The Staff here are the BEST! Shout out to April!! Very pleasant, professional, friendly, and very apologetic staff. Heads up, please don’t go here if you’re tight on time, they are super busy in the mornings, so please have time to spare when going for your donut or coffee. The ladies are very fast and efficient. Please be patient with them. They give service with a smile unlike Starbucks…yep I said it.
Fresh donuts, hot and fresh coffee, and the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was decent. The staff was very friendly.
Two dings : 1. Somewhat expensive for what we got (24 bucks for 6 donuts, 2 breakfast sandwiches, 1 coffee, and 1 orange juice. 2. The music inside was too loud, making conversation difficult.
Jessica and Bella were very kind to both me and my puppy dog while we were in the drive thru. They were patient and listened to any questions I had. Both ladies were all around very helpful. I have only been here twice and I’ve had good experiences both times. Thank you girls so much!
This location has improved through the years. Mainly in that of staff and well in doing so it has made this a great place to now get your morning coffee or quick bite to eat. Kept up and clean. Bathroom availability, free in store WiFi availability and space to sit and eat inside if need be. Recommend adding Chai to your Vanilla Bean Coolatta if you like both.
Service was horrible, I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin at all. We just moved here from MA where they were on every corner and the standards here are honestly beyond low. The quality was also horrible, if I knew how to post photos on this I would. We got a Boston Cream Donut that literally had about a ¼ tsp if that of filling in it. We waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes at the speaker to put in our order, to then be told that their system was down so we would have to go inside to order or order through the app and go inside to get it (she acknowledged us being there in the beginning and told us to wait a moment) so 15 minutes of waiting to be told to go inside is a little bit ridiculous honestly.
