Small Cafe and bakeshop feel. It’s definitely more of a cafe than a bakery, so that was disappointing. This box cost us $16.
Apple fritter was the best with actual Apple chunks, black and white cookie, pineapple upside-down was dense and needed more syrup and the cream in the middle needed to be softer, the sticky bun was dry and frosting added would be better.

Great egg and cheese on a fresh croissant. Kids enjoyed their muffin and cinnamon roll. Also had a frappe and strawberry smoothie 😋.

We have been coming to Benjamin’s for 10+ years and now that we live locally we are here almost weekly. Same great service, wonderful food and fresh bakery items. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The Whoopie Pie is always a family favorite, the chocolate muffins are amazing, and the deli sandwiches are filling and tasty. Whether you are visiting or live locally we strongly recommend Benjamin’s for all they have to offer, you won’t be disappointed… Thank you

We visited Benjamin’s bakery on a Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. and it was rather crowded. I had trouble getting in the front door because someone was at the coffee station putting milk and sugar in their coffee and the way it’s set up you are supposed to wrap around the back of the bakery to stand in line to order, so it’s a little bit of a log jam getting through. There seemed to be plenty of seating inside and out, which was very nice.

To order you read the menu that is high above the counter and then as you approach the counter you will be asked what you would like by the cashier. The cashiers are very efficient and do seem a little bit rushed as they are trying to move things along so people do not have to wait longer than desired.

As you approach the counter you can finally see the bakery items which, surprisingly, were not very enticing to us. Lots of cruller, donuts, and Danish type things. Personal preference obviously, but we usually have a wicked sweet tooth and still didn’t see anything that excited us.

They have a lot of bagel types and while they looked delicious I actually didn’t love them. They were neither crunchy or chewy on the outside, nor soft on the inside, meaning nothing really stood out about them. I feel like they were very similar to a supermarket bagel.

I got an egg and sausage on an everything bagel and my husband got a nine grain bagel with jalapeno cheddar cream cheese, egg and sausage. The cashier delivers the food to you and, in our case, he gave me my husband’s bagel and I didn’t realize it and took a couple of bites before my husband figured out our plates were switched. I really didn’t care for his lol.

They deliver the food and coffee to you, which is nice, but then you need to get up and go to put the milk and sugar in at the coffee station near the door, as mentioned earlier. I don’t mean to be petty, but it’s a bit silly to have your coffee delivered to you outside and then have to go back inside to put your milk and sugar in. I think with the way the place is set up and so small they ought to offer to put the milk and sugar in for you . Also, milk was the only option at the coffee station. I did not see anything as far as half and half or non-dairy creamers. The coffee station had shakers with cocoa, nutmeg, and cinnamon powder which was nice.

Freshly made breakfast and bagels with some fantastic coffee. Service was speedy and personable! They even sell different types of baked goods such as cookies, whoopee pies and even bread! Will definitely be eating here again.
