After ordering a coffee in the mobile app. I waited at the drive thru for over 12 minutes. I was told to hold on but no one returned to take my order. I drove around to the window. The young lady was talking to an older guy( not an actual customer) . They continued to have a full blown conversation while customers waited at the drive thru and tried to go inside to pick up their orders. I asked for a refund which I was unable to receive since Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t own the app.
We stopped by for a coffee and a dough nut. They did not have one single dough nut of any kind only about 6 muffins. So we just had a coffee. We went to use the restrooms on the way out. They were absolutely filthy. Paper all over the floor, trash can was stuffed full, toilets and floor was discusting and it stunk. I won’t want coffee that bad again. my wife had to take four dollars in change because they had no singles. No management here
The donuts all tasted fine, perhaps a day old at best. But the cleanliness of this location was abhorrent. The restroom was out of everything, the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The counter had the same cleanliness as the toilet, and as I left I sincerely hoped that I wasn’t going to get hepatitis from the food. 🤢
Every single table is filthy, garbages overflow, I can count 4 staff members in the back listening to very loud rap, dancing, cutting up, and cussing loudly. The bathrooms are freakin disgusting. I don’t understand how this place isn’t shut down for the fifth. The “manager” is also part of the fun in the back. The owners of this business must be losing a ton of money, bc on top of everything else they’re also not able to get orders correct.
I go through here every morning on my way to work. The girls know me so well, they know I get a cup of ice with my order and they have it ready for me. The girls are always nice and very sweet. My ice coffee is always on point!! Chance is the manager and he rocks this store with these ladies!! Keep up the good work!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
