Order3d at drive through because app isn’t working properly. Person at drive thru window has zero greeting or no manners, but i can overlook that. Ordered avocado “toast” the bread was not toasted AT ALL. It was just sliced wheat bread with spread on it. Couldn’t even ice it up because it became soggy under spread. Crazy amount of pepper. I was disappointed as I’ve had this once in the past from there, and it used to be delicious, so I wanted to try it again.
I am so confused by the attitude that the girl working the drive thru had on 2/2/24 around 1:45 PM. I ordered two coffees and two of the valentines donuts. She gave us the coffees but not the donuts so we sat at the window and waited to get her attention to get the donuts. She says they didn’t have those donuts, what else did we want, we asked what donuts did they have and she says they have the heart ones. We said okay we will just have two heart ones. Then she gets an attitude and says “yeah you are going to have to give me more than that I mean we have all kinds of different donuts” in an extremely condescending way. Yeah, we literally just asked what donuts did you have, theres no menu in front of us to be able to pick. Customer service training may be a good idea for her! Customers are going to ask questions, there is a way to answer.
I’ve stopped by this location after work several times in the past couple months, and my experience has been a positive one each time. The young ladies working the window were polite and personable. They had my mobile order ready as soon as I got there, and my iced latte has been consistently good each time.
Kiara & Latanya have a great spirit and welcoming attitude. They represent what true customer service should look like in every store. I hope the manager gets this review as is important to know that your store and your customers are in good hands while you are not present.
I will drive out of my way to choose this store over the cayce store which is absolutely horrible service! Girls here were pleasant service was great food was, well typical dunkin! Coffee was made perfectly well done ladies you wipe the floor with those cayce location animals.
